Each pole leverages the best properties of two metals — the structural integrity of stainless steel with the lightweight corrosion resistance of aluminum alloy.
Stainless Steel (SS304 / SS316)
Base structure and critical load-bearing joints use marine-grade stainless steel for exceptional tensile strength, impact resistance, and long-term structural stability under dynamic loads.
Aluminum Alloy 6063-T6
Upper pole sections, signal arms, and mounting brackets use heat-treated aluminum alloy — 40% lighter than steel with natural oxide layer protection, reducing installation weight and foundation requirements.
Surface Treatment
All components undergo hot-dip galvanization followed by electrostatic polyester powder coating (80-120μm) for a UV-stable, scratch-resistant finish available in RAL color matching.
