Annealing

Powder Coating
Powder coating provides a durable, weather-resistant finish for aluminum light poles. A dry powder, typically polyester, is electrostatically sprayed onto the pre-treated pole. We are very deliberate in what we do. I spoke with Brad tonight, they are staging the installtion in Tennessee and he had his first real good look at the poles today for fit and finish. His initial reaction is that the poles are very high quality and he says the elliptical arms fit perfectly. Overall, first impressions are very good.
