Aluminum Light Poles
Manufactured from 6063-T6 aluminum alloy tubing using precision forming and machining. Aluminum poles can offer lower self-weight than comparable steel designs; actual weight depends on pole dimensions, wall thickness and configuration. Aluminum naturally resists corrosion, while finish selection should account for coastal exposure and project conditions. Anodized or powder-coated finishes are available.
Stainless Steel Light Poles
Available in SUS304 or SUS316L for urban, architectural and coastal lighting projects. Brushed or mirror-polished finishes and project-specific heights, arms and mounting details are available subject to approved drawings.

Street Light Pole

Aluminum Pole Forming
Aluminum pole forming uses controlled spinning or forming processes to produce cylindrical or tapered shafts from aluminum tube or prepared blanks, depending on the design. The tooling, alloy, temper, wall thickness and approved drawings determine the final geometry.
Heat Treatment
Heat treatment is used to achieve the specified mechanical properties of aluminum light poles. The process and temper depend on the selected alloy, commonly 6061 or 6063, and the requirements shown in the approved project drawings.
Cutting & Machining
Automated cutting prepares aluminum pole shafts and components to the specified lengths and openings. Machine programs are set from the approved drawings, with critical dimensions and tolerances checked during production.
Surface Treatment - Anodizing
Anodizing forms a controlled oxide layer on aluminum light poles to support corrosion resistance and provide a consistent decorative finish. The required anodic film thickness and finish should be specified for the project environment.
Welding
Robotic welding can provide repeatable weld paths for light pole base, socket and bracket assemblies. Welding parameters, joint preparation and fixtures are set for the selected material and approved design, followed by the required production inspection.
Laser Cutting
Laser cutting is used to shape steel sheet and tube components such as brackets, access-door parts, decorative cut-outs and base-plate details. The process supports repeatable production, while dimensions and edge condition are checked against the approved drawings.
Artificial Aging
After forming, aluminum pole components can undergo controlled artificial aging to develop the specified temper and mechanical properties. The time and temperature cycle depend on the alloy, production route and approved technical requirements.
Powder Coating
Powder coating provides a durable decorative finish for aluminum light poles. Polyester powder is electrostatically applied to a properly pre-treated surface and cured to form a uniform coating. Coating selection and thickness should match the project environment and approved specification.
