Aluminum 6063-T6 High & Low Arms Light Pole
Engineered for superior strength and corrosion resistance. Our premium aluminum alloy light poles feature advanced anodized and powder coated surface treatments, delivering 25+ years of reliable performance for road, highway, and urban lighting projects.
Dual-Arm Aluminum Light Pole Built for Every Environment
Our aluminum high and low arms light poles combine lightweight construction with exceptional structural integrity. Manufactured from premium 6063-T6 and 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, these poles deliver outstanding performance in coastal, industrial, and high-wind environments where steel poles fail.
The high arm configuration supports roadway and highway lighting at heights of 8–14 meters, while the low arm design serves pedestrian areas, parking lots, and residential zones at 4–6 meters. Both configurations accept a wide range of luminaire types including LED, HPS, and metal halide fixtures.

Advanced Surface Finishing for Maximum Durability
We offer two industry-leading surface treatment processes — each engineered to protect your investment and maintain aesthetic appeal for decades.
Anodized (Anodic Oxidation) Finish
Anodizing is an electrochemical process that converts the aluminum surface into a durable, corrosion-resistant aluminum oxide layer. Unlike paint or coating, the anodic layer is integral to the metal substrate — it cannot peel, flake, or blister over time. Our anodizing process produces a layer thickness of 10–25μm, meeting AA-M-1222C standards. The result is a hard, metallic finish that retains the natural aluminum aesthetic while providing exceptional protection against UV radiation, salt spray, and industrial atmospheres.
- Layer thickness: 10–25μm, uniform and pore-free
- Salt spray resistance: 3,000+ hours (ASTM B117)
- UV stable — no fading or chalking
- Maintains metallic luster for 25+ years
- Ideal for coastal, marine, and high-UV environments
- Ideal for coastal and marine environments
Powder Coated (Spray Painted) Finish
Powder coating applies a dry thermoset polyester or epoxy-polyester hybrid powder through electrostatic spray deposition, then cures at 180–200°C to form a continuous, high-performance protective film. This process delivers superior color consistency and finish quality compared to traditional liquid paint. Our dual-stage process includes a chromate-free pretreatment wash followed by 80–120μm powder application. Available in any RAL color, this finish combines aesthetic versatility with industrial-grade protection against weathering, impact, and chemical exposure.
- Coating thickness: 80–120μm for full coverage
- Adhesion rating: Class 0 (ASTM D3359 cross-cut)
- Impact resistance: 50 kg·cm direct/reverse
- Full RAL color palette — unlimited design options
- Weathering resistance: 1,000+ hours QUV (ASTM G154)
Production Process
Every light pole is manufactured through a rigorous 6-step production process, ensuring consistent quality from raw material to finished product.
Aluminum Extrusion
Raw aluminum billets are heated to 500°C and extruded through precision dies to form the pole profile. T5 tempering ensures optimal strength-to-weight ratio.
CNC Machining & Welding
Pole shafts are precision-cut and shaped via CNC. High-arm and low-arm brackets are TIG-welded by certified welders, ensuring structural integrity at every joint.
Surface Treatment
Poles undergo multi-stage pretreatment, then receive anodizing or powder coating per specification. Each batch is tested for coating thickness and adhesion.
Quality Inspection
100% dimensional inspection, coating thickness verification (elcometer), weld penetration testing, and visual surface quality checks on every pole.
Protective Packaging
Each pole is wrapped in protective foam and shrink film, then secured to steel pallets. Custom crating available for long-distance ocean freight.
Global Shipping
FOB, CIF, and DDP terms available. We coordinate ocean freight, container loading, and customs documentation for seamless international delivery.
