A covered handhole with hardware and grounding provision are provided

Anchor bolts conform to ASTM F1554 Grade 55 and are provided with two hex nuts and two flat washers. Bolts have an "L" bend on one end and are galvanized a minimum of 12" on the threaded end

Optional round or square base cover available as special orderprovided
The anchor base is cast from A356 alloy aluminum. The completed assembly is heat-treated to a T6 temper. Aluminum nut covers are included with anchor base unless otherwise specified

Purpose-built for demanding outdoor environments where reliability, aOur proprietary two-stage surface treatment combines anodizing and polyester powder coating to deliver unmatched corrosion resistance, color stability, and aesthetic longevity.esthetics, and total cost of ownership matter.
Electrochemical Oxide Layer
The first stage employs sulfuric acid anodizing (AA15–AA25 class) to grow a dense aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) layer directly from the substrate. Unlike coatings that sit on the surface, anodizing creates a metallurgically bonded oxide layer that becomes an integral part of the aluminum — it cannot peel, flake, or delaminate.
Sulfuric acid electrolytic oxidation, 18–22°C bath temperature, 1.0–1.5 A/dm² current density
10–25 μm (AA15 to AA25 per ISO 7599), pore-sealed for maximum corrosion resistance
Salt spray test ≥ 500 hours as standalone treatment; acts as superior primer for powder coating
Natural metallic silver finish with subtle luster; preserves the authentic aluminum appearance
300+ HV (Vickers) — significantly harder than the base aluminum substrate
Excellent UV stability, non-conductive surface, maintains metallic thermal conductivity for heat dissipation
Electrostatic Spray Application
The second stage applies a thermosetting polyester powder coating via electrostatic spray deposition (ESD). Charged powder particles are attracted to the grounded aluminum substrate, ensuring uniform coverage including recessed areas. The coated pole is then cured at 180–200°C for 15–20 minutes, creating a cross-linked polymer film.
Corona charging electrostatic spray, 60–80 kV, followed by thermal curing at 190°C / 15 min
60–80 μm (uniform across all surfaces), compliant with QUALICOAT Class 2
Cross-cut test Grade 0 (ISO 2409) — no detachment at any intersection
50 kg·cm direct impact (ISO 6272), no cracking or adhesion loss
Full RAL palette (200+ colors), custom color matching available with ΔE ≤ 1.0
QUV accelerated test 2000+ hours, gloss retention ≥ 50%, ΔE ≤ 2.0, no chalking

Purpose-built for demanding outdoor environments where reliability, aesthetics, and total cost of ownership matter.
Unlike steel poles that rust, 6063-T6 aluminum naturally forms a protective oxide layer. Combined with anodized or powder-coated finish, these poles withstand coastal, industrial, and high-humidity environments with zero corrosion maintenance for 25+ years.
At just 1/3 the weight of steel, these poles reduce shipping costs by up to 60% and simplify on-site installation. The T6 temper delivers yield strength of 110+ MPa, meeting structural requirements for wind zones up to 160 km/h.
Choose from mill finish anodized, clear anodized, or polyester powder coating in any RAL color. The surface treatment ensures UV stability, colorfastness, and scratch resistance throughout the product's service life.
Custom heights, wall thicknesses, arm reaches, base configurations, and colors available. We provide CAD drawings, 3D models, and sample production for approval before mass manufacturing. MOQ from 20 pcs for standard models.
Lightweight aluminum construction dramatically reduces freight costs. Poles can be nested or telescoped for container optimization. A 40ft HQ container holds up to 280 units of 6m poles, maximizing your landed cost efficiency.
Every batch is tested for dimensional accuracy, wall thickness, surface quality, and mechanical properties. Mill test certificates provided with each shipment. 5-year structural warranty standard, extendable to 10 years.
