Two industry-leading surface finishing processes available, each tailored for specific environmental and aesthetic requirements.

Electropolishing Treatment

An electrochemical process that removes the surface layer of stainless steel, producing a smooth, bright, mirror-like finish. This treatment enhances the natural corrosion resistance of stainless steel by removing surface impurities and creating a chromium-rich passive layer.

Powder Coating Treatment

Thermosetting polyester powder applied via electrostatic spray and cured at 180-200°C, forming a durable protective shell. Available in any RAL color to match your urban design scheme or brand identity while providing superior UV and weather resistance.

Component Protection

Material Selection & Cutting

Premium SUS304/316 stainless steel plates are inspected for grade certification, then precision-cut using CNC laser cutting machines to ensure exact dimensions and clean edges.

CNC Bending & Forming

Computer-controlled forming is used to produce the pole body to the approved dimensions. Welding method and inspection requirements are defined by the project drawing and applicable quality plan.

Surface Treatment

Electropolishing bath or powder coating line applies the selected finish under controlled temperature and humidity. Each batch undergoes coating thickness and adhesion testing.

Assembly & Quality Inspection

The arm bracket, base plate and wiring channel are assembled, followed by dimensional and surface inspection. Any project-specific testing is carried out according to the approved quality plan.
