Two Premium Finishes, One Superior Standard
Choose the surface treatment that best suits your project requirements — from the timeless elegance of electrolytic polishing to the versatile color options of powder coating.
Mirror-Like Natural Finish
Electrolytic polishing (electropolishing) is an electrochemical process that removes the outer layer of stainless steel, leaving a smooth, bright, mirror-like passive surface. This process enhances the natural beauty of stainless steel while providing superior corrosion resistance.
- Surface roughness reduced to Ra ≤ 0.5μm
- Chromium oxide passive layer enhanced by 300%
- Eliminates micro-imperfections and embedded contaminants
- Self-healing passive film — 5x more corrosion resistant
- UV-stable — maintains brilliance indefinitely without fading
- No coatings to chip, peel, or degrade over time
- Ideal for coastal, marine, and chemical environments
Color Versatility Meets Durability
Electrostatic powder coating applies a dry polymer powder that is cured under heat to form a tough, uniform finish. Available in any RAL color, powder coating provides excellent UV resistance, impact protection, and color consistency across large production runs.
- Available in 200+ RAL colors with matte, satin, or textured finishes
- Film thickness: 80–120μm uniform coverage
- Excellent UV resistance — ΔE < 1.0 after 5000hr QUV test
- Salt spray resistance: 1000+ hours (ASTM B117)
- Impact resistance: 50 kg·cm direct, no cracking or peeling
- Environmentally friendly — zero VOC emissions
- Perfect for branding, urban color schemes, and themed projects
From Raw Material to Finished Product
Every light pole passes through a rigorous multi-step production process, with quality checks at each stage to ensure consistent performance and finish.
Our ISO 9001-certified production facility utilizes state-of-the-art CNC laser cutting, automatic TIG welding, and precision surface treatment lines. Each pole undergoes a 12-point quality inspection including dimensional checks, weld integrity testing (ultrasonic), surface quality assessment, and load testing before packaging. We ship worldwide in export-standard packaging with full container and less-than-container load options.

Common Questions
Everything you need to know about our stainless steel double arms light poles.
What is the difference between electrolytic polishing and powder coating?
Electrolytic polishing creates a mirror-like passive oxide layer that enhances the natural stainless steel beauty with superior corrosion resistance. Powder coating applies a durable colored finish in any RAL color with excellent UV and weather resistance. The choice depends on your project's aesthetic and environmental requirements.
What is the service life of stainless steel light poles?
Our stainless steel light poles have a minimum service life of 25 years with standard SS304, and 30+ years with SS316 grade or proper surface treatment. In most outdoor environments, they significantly outperform galvanized steel and aluminum alternatives.
Do you offer OEM and custom designs?
Yes, we provide full OEM/ODM services. This includes custom heights (6m–14m), arm configurations, base plate designs, luminaire mounting options, and surface treatment specifications. Send us your drawings or project requirements for a custom quote.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 20 pieces per specification. For custom designs, the MOQ may be 50 pieces depending on complexity. We welcome trial orders for new customers — please contact our sales team to discuss your requirements.
Which surface treatment is better for coastal areas?
For coastal and marine environments, we recommend SS316 grade steel with electrolytic polishing. This combination provides the highest corrosion resistance against salt spray and humidity. Powder coating with marine-grade polyester powder is also suitable for less aggressive coastal conditions.
What certifications do your products carry?
Our light poles carry ISO 9001 quality management certification, CE marking for European markets, and RoHS compliance. We can also provide UL certification for North American markets and SAA certification for Australian markets upon request.
How are the poles packaged for shipping?
Each pole is individually wrapped in protective film and bubble wrap, then secured in reinforced wooden crates or steel frame containers for ocean freight. We support FOB, CIF, and DDP shipping terms to ports and project sites worldwide.
Can the poles withstand extreme weather conditions?
Yes. Our standard poles are rated for wind speeds up to 160 km/h (Class II) and can be engineered for up to 200 km/h for special applications. They perform reliably in temperatures from -40°C to +60°C and resist UV degradation, salt spray, and industrial pollution.
