Our stainless steel single-arm curved light poles feature a smooth parabolic swan-neck profile. The pole starts as a vertical cylinder at the base, then transitions seamlessly into a graceful accelerating arc that sweeps upward and outward in a single plane. This continuous curve eliminates stress concentration points while creating an elegant, sculptural silhouette.

Each pole is precision-manufactured from 304/316 stainless steel tube using CNC hydraulic bending, ensuring the parabolic curvature is consistent across production runs. Seamless TIG welding and hand-polishing create a flawless finish with no visible joints — the pole appears as one continuous flowing form.

Electroplating (Chrome Plating)

Our multi-stage electroplating process deposits a uniform chrome layer onto the stainless steel surface through electrolytic deposition. The result is a brilliant, mirror-like finish with exceptional hardness and corrosion resistance.

Process: Surface preparation → Nickel strike → Acid copper → Bright nickel → Chrome topcoat → Quality inspection

Powder Coating (Spray Coating)

Electrostatic powder coating applies a thermosetting polyester or epoxy-polyester hybrid powder to the pole surface, then cures it at 180–200°C. This creates a tough, uniform coating that outperforms traditional liquid paint in every metric.

Process: Degreasing → Phosphate treatment → Rinse → Powder electrostatic spray → Curing at 200°C → Cooling → QC check
