Why Specify Our Arc Shaped Light Poles
Superior Corrosion Resistance
SS304/SS316L stainless steel core combined with electroplating or powder coating provides exceptional protection against rust, UV degradation, and harsh weather conditions for 25+ years.
Elegant Arc Design
The sweeping arc profile creates a distinctive visual identity for any project. Seamless one-piece construction eliminates visible joints, delivering a sculptural quality that enhances urban aesthetics.
Custom Manufacturing
Full OEM/ODM capability. We customize height, arc radius, color, base plate dimensions, and luminaire mounting to match your exact project specifications. MOQ from 50 pieces.
High Wind Resistance
Engineered to withstand wind speeds up to 150 km/h. Finite element analysis (FEA) validates structural integrity under extreme conditions, meeting international safety standards.
Easy Installation
Pre-drilled base plates with standard anchor bolt patterns. Internal wiring channels simplify electrical connections. Complete installation drawings and guides provided with every shipment.
Certified Quality
ISO 9001 certified production. Every pole passes dimensional checks, weld inspection, surface adhesion tests, and salt spray testing (1000+ hours) before shipping.
Two Premium Finishing Processes
Choose between electroplating and powder coating based on your project requirements. Both deliver exceptional durability and aesthetic quality.
Electroplating Finish
Electroplating deposits a uniform metallic coating onto the stainless steel surface through an electrochemical process. This creates a dense, mirror-like finish with exceptional adhesion and long-term corrosion protection.
- Chrome, nickel, or zinc plating options available
- Coating thickness: 5–25μm, uniform coverage
- Mirror-bright or satin finish options
- Salt spray resistance: 500–1000+ hours
- Excellent for coastal and high-humidity environments
- Maintains metallic luster without fading or chalking
Powder Coating Finish
Powder coating applies a dry electrostatic paint that is cured under heat to form a tough, uniform film. This process delivers vibrant color options with superior chip, scratch, and UV resistance compared to liquid paint.
- Any RAL color available — 200+ standard colors
- Coating thickness: 80–120μm, even coverage
- Textured, matte, gloss, or metallic effects
- Salt spray resistance: 1000+ hours
- UV-stable pigments prevent fading and chalking
- Environmentally friendly — zero VOC emissions
From Raw Steel to Finished Product
Our state-of-the-art facility combines CNC precision with skilled craftsmanship at every stage of production.
Material Selection & Cutting
Premium SS304/SS316 stainless steel tubes are inspected for grade certification, then precision-cut to specified lengths using CNC saws.
CNC Arc Bending
Hydraulic CNC bending machines shape the pole into the signature arc profile with consistent radius accuracy of ±0.5mm. No welding on the curve.
Welding & Assembly
TIG welding attaches the base plate, luminaire arm, and wiring access panels. All welds are ground smooth and inspected per AWS D1.6 standards.
Surface Preparation
Poles undergo degreasing, pickling, and passivation to ensure optimal surface condition for electroplating or powder coating adhesion.
Surface Treatment
Electroplating or powder coating is applied in climate-controlled booths with automated systems ensuring uniform thickness and coverage.
Quality Inspection & Packing
Final inspection covers dimensional accuracy, coating adhesion (cross-cut test), salt spray samples, and visual check. Poles are wrapped in protective film and packed in steel-frame crates.
Designed for Diverse Environments
From serene parks to bustling waterfronts, our arc shaped light poles enhance safety and aesthetics in any outdoor setting.
City Streets & Avenues
Primary and secondary road lighting with 8–12m pole heights. Designed for 30m–50m luminaire spacing with optimal uniformity ratios per EN 13201 standards.
Parks, Gardens & Pathways
Aesthetic arc designs complement landscape architecture. 4–6m heights for pathway illumination with warm-tone LED fixtures for inviting ambiance.
Parking Lots & Commercial Areas
10–14m high-mast configurations for large open areas. High-lumen LED arrays provide uniform coverage with low light trespass and minimal sky glow for dark-sky compliance.
Residential & Suburban Roads
6–8m pole heights with decorative arc arms. Designed for low-glare distribution patterns that protect residential comfort while ensuring pedestrian safety.
