The bend is the whole product
Anyone can put a curve in a tube. Doing it without thinning the outer wall, wrinkling the inner wall or flattening the section is what separates a 25-year pole from a two-year one.
Rotary-draw with internal mandrel
A segmented mandrel rides inside the tube through the bend, supporting the bore sothe section stays round. Ovality is held under 5% - press-bending typically gives 15% orworse.
Controlled wall thinning
The outer radius always stretches. We size the pre-bend wall so post-bend thinning stays within 12%, then verify every bend with an ultrasonic thickness gauge.
Post-bend solution & ageing
Bending is done in the softer T4 condition, then the full pole is solution-treated and artificially aged to T6. The bend ends up at full parent strength, not work-hardened and brittle.
Smooth internal cable route
Cable is pulled through the bend itself, so there is no external conduit. The bore isdeburred and the entry slot radiused to protect insulation during pulling.
Gusseted base flange
A davit arm puts a permanent overturning moment on the base. Four welded gussetsspread that load into the plate, with the shaft-to-plate weld dye-penetrant tested at 100%.

Bend radius sets the visual character; outreach sets how far the light sits over the carriageway. They are specified independently.

One continuous bend - no arm joint to fail
On a bracket-arm pole, the bolted or welded arm connection is the first thing to loosen,leak and corrode. A davit pole has no such joint: the shaft and arm are one piece of 6063-T6 tube, mandrel-bent in a single operation.
Jointless swan-neck
Shaft and arm formed from one tube, so there is no flange, no through-bolt and no site assembly. Eliminates the most common warranty failure point on street poles.
Mandrel-bent, no wrinkles
An internal mandrel supports the bore through the bend, holding ovality under 5% and preventing the inner-wall wrinkling that weakens press-bent arms.
Marine-grade coating
Chromate-free pre-treatment plus AkzoNobel polyester powder, 80 um nominal. Passes 2,000 h salt-spray - suited to coastal installations.
Lightweight installation
An 8 m davit pole weighs about 27 kg against 84 kg in galvanised steel. It arrives complete - lift, bolt down, fit the luminaire, done.

Tooling for 400, 600 and 900 mm bend radii with outreach from 0.8 m to 2.5 m. Tight radii for footpaths, long sweeping arcs for dual carriageways.

Founded in 2003, we operate a 50,000 m2 plant with three spinning lines, two robotic welding cells and an in-house powder coating line. Annual output is around 120,000 poles.
Roughly 70% of our volume is export, supplied to lighting contractors, municipal tenders and distributors across the EU, North America, the Gulf and Southeast Asia. We work directly against your drawings and will sign NDA and OEM agreements – poles ship under your brand and packaging where required.

From aluminium billet to loaded container
Every stage happens in our own plant. Nothing is subcontracted, which is why we can hold
a 15-25 day lead time and take responsibility for the whole chain.
6063 billets and tube with mill certificates; spectrometer check on every lot.
Tube is spun to thespecified conical taper on a programmed mandrel.
Solution treatment andartificial ageing to reachfull T6 temper.
Base plate machined, hand hole cut, cable slot radiused, top sized.
5.Robot welding
Flange and collar welded by TIG robot, then dye- penetrant inspected.
6.Coating line
Pre-treat, electrostatic powder, 200°C cure, film thickness logged.
7.QC & packing

Coating damage in transit is the most common complaint with imported poles. Our packing
is built around that single risk.
Each pole is sleeved in pearl cotton foam, then woven polypropylene fabric, taped at both ends. Coated surfaces never touch each other.
Base plate corners and the slip-fit top get moulded caps the two points that take impact during handling.
Bundled in fumigated timber frames with steel strapping, stackable and forklift-ready. Fittings and anchor bolts in separate labelled cartons.

Questions buyers ask before ordering
Yes - this is most of our work. Send a PDF or DWG and we return a production drawing for approval within 24 hours.
10 pleces, and you may mix heights and finishes within that quantity for a trial order. Below 10 pieces we can still quote, but freight per unit becomes uneconomic for you.
Aluminium if corrosion, weight or maintenance matters: coastal sites, pedestrian areas, projects without crane access. Steel remains cheaper per piece for very tallpoles above 12 m with heavy luminaire loads. We will tell you honestly if steel suits your project better.
We supply poles, arms and brackets. We can integrate LED luminaires from partner factories and ship as a complete set if you prefer a single supplier, but the poles are our own production.

Ten years against flaking, blistering and delamination under normal outdoor exposure. Claims are settled by replacement poles shipped with your next order, supported by photo evidence.
Yes. You are welcome at the factory, or we accept third-party inspection by SGS, BV,TUV or your own agent. We also send a photo and measurement report for everybatch as standard.
A 500 mm cut section in your chosen finish is free; you cover the courier. Full-heightsample poles are charged at unit price and credited against your first bulk order.
Include the design wind speed and luminaire details and we will add a free structural calculation report with the quotation.
