Anodizing Treatment

Electrochemical anodizing creates a hard, integral oxide layer (10–25μm) bonded to the aluminum substrate. This process enhances the natural metallic luster while providing exceptional corrosion and abrasion resistance. The anodized finish maintains its appearance without fading, peeling, or chipping over decades of outdoor exposure.

Powder Coating Treatment

Electrostatic powder spraying applies a uniform polyester or epoxy-polyester hybrid coating (80–120μm) that is thermally cured at 180–200°C. This creates a tough, decorative finish available in any RAL color. The powder coated surface provides superior protection against moisture, chemicals, and mechanical impact.
