Premium Finish Options for Every Environment
We offer two industry-leading surface treatment processes to ensure maximum corrosion resistance, UV stability, and aesthetic appeal for your aluminum curved arms light poles.
Anodizing Treatment
Electrochemical anodizing creates a hard, integral oxide layer (10–25μm) bonded to the aluminum substrate. This process enhances the natural metallic luster while providing exceptional corrosion and abrasion resistance. The anodized finish maintains its appearance without fading, peeling, or chipping over decades of outdoor exposure.
- Hard oxide layer integral to the metal — will never peel or flake
- Natural silver metallic appearance with satin finish
- Excellent UV resistance — color stability guaranteed 20+ years
- Enhanced surface hardness (300+ HV) for scratch resistance
- Environmentally friendly process — no VOC emissions
- Ideal for coastal and industrial environments
Powder Coating Treatment
Electrostatic powder spraying applies a uniform polyester or epoxy-polyester hybrid coating (80–120μm) that is thermally cured at 180–200°C. This creates a tough, decorative finish available in any RAL color. The powder coated surface provides superior protection against moisture, chemicals, and mechanical impact.
- Thick protective layer (80–120μm) for maximum durability
- Available in all RAL colors — match any urban design scheme
- Smooth matte, textured, or metallic finish options
- Superior resistance to moisture, salt spray, and chemicals
- Anti-graffiti coating option available for public areas
- Color warranty up to 15 years against fading and chalking
