ANODIZING — ELECTROCHEMICAL OXIDATION
Our anodizing process creates a controlled aluminum oxide layer (10–25μm) through electrochemical treatment. Unlike coatings that sit on the surface, anodizing converts the aluminum surface itself into a dense, integral oxide film that will never peel or flake.
Alkaline degreasing followed by acid etching to remove surface contaminants and achieve uniform matte finish.
Submerged in 15–20% H₂SO₄ electrolyte at 18–22°C. DC current at 1.0–1.5 A/dm² builds oxide layer to specified thickness.
Electrolytic coloring or organic dye infiltration for champagne, bronze, black, or custom color options.
Nickel acetate sealing at 95–100°C closes the porous oxide structure, locking in color and maximizing corrosion protection.
POWDER COATING — ELECTROSTATIC SPRAY
Our powder coating line applies thermoset polyester or epoxy-polyester hybrid powder using electrostatic spray guns. The charged particles adhere uniformly to the grounded aluminum surface, then cure at 180–200°C to form a tough, continuous film resistant to chipping, scratching, and UV degradation.
Chrome-free conversion coating (or zirconium-based pretreatment) ensures maximum powder adhesion and eco-compliance.
Corona or tribo-charged spray guns at 60–100kV deposit powder at 95%+ transfer efficiency. Minimal overspray waste.
Infrared + convection oven cures at 190°C ± 5°C for 15–20 minutes. Full crosslinking achieves 2H–4H pencil hardness.
Film thickness (80–120μm), gloss level (matte/satin/gloss), salt spray test (1000hr+), and adhesion (cross-cut 0 grade) verified.

PRODUCTION PROCESS
From raw aluminum billets to finished light poles — every step is controlled, inspected, and documented to meet international quality standards.

Raw Material — Aluminum Alloy Billets
6063-T5 aluminum alloy billets sourced from certified smelters. Each batch undergoes spectrometer analysis to verify Mg (0.45–0.9%) and Si (0.2–0.6%) composition before entering the extrusion press. Mill certificates provided with every shipment.

Extrusion — Profile Forming
Billets heated to 480°C and forced through custom-designed dies at 2000+ tons pressure. Multi-port hollow profiles achieve the exact cross-section geometry for each pole model. T5 tempering by air-quenching after extrusion for optimal mechanical properties.

Welding & Fabrication
CNC cutting, bending, and TIG/MIG welding stations assemble poles to specification. Arc-shaped arms are formed using hydraulic bending machines with mandrel support to prevent wall collapse. All welds are X-ray inspected per AWS D1.2 standards.

Surface Treatment & Finishing
Fully automated anodizing and powder coating lines (see detailed process above). Automatic film thickness monitoring, color consistency checks via spectrophotometer, and salt spray testing on every batch coupon sample.
APPLICATION SCENARIOS
Trusted by municipalities, developers, and contractors across 50+ countries for mission-critical outdoor lighting infrastructure.
City Streets & Avenues
Primary and secondary road lighting with 8–12m pole heights. Designed for 30m–50m luminaire spacing with optimal uniformity ratios per EN 13201 standards.
Parks, Gardens & Pathways
Aesthetic arc designs complement landscape architecture. 4–6m heights for pathway illumination with warm-tone LED fixtures for inviting ambiance.
Parking Lots & Commercial Areas
10–14m high-mast configurations for large open areas. High-lumen LED arrays provide uniform coverage with low light trespass and minimal sky glow for dark-sky compliance.
Residential & Suburban Roads
6–8m pole heights with decorative arc arms. Designed for low-glare distribution patterns that protect residential comfort while ensuring pedestrian safety.
